Having said that, I wouldn't quibble over small matter like that, Bayani in my opinion is one person who is capable and has proven to deliver good results. It's understandable that not everyone will like him because when you start weaning people out of their bad habits and force them to follow the rules of the land, you'll bound to look anything but charming. It all happened in Marikina before. People were raging for all the changes implemented by Bayani, but when they started to see the differences, their hatred changed into a sense of pride all because Bayani didn't buckle from the hurdle of unpopularity.
