New Respect for Rowers

I did the rowing machine thing at Fitness First Greenhills today and man… let me just give all the professional rowers out there props. After doing 15 minutes on that machine my legs and knees literally turned to jelly. I had a hard time getting up to finish the rest of the workout that was given to me by my trainer, Don. Initially it looked really easy but it really does take a toll on you after a few minutes.

You also know when you’re out of shape when you get stomach cramps after doing like 15 reps on the ab crunch machine (20 lbs). Oh well, hahaha!
