Getting Tired to get more Energy

I was always under the impression that when you go to the gym you’ll end up tired the next day because of the beat down you gave your body. Well… it looks like I was completely wrong, haha. After regularly going to the gym for almost a week now, I’ve already noticed that I feel much better despite the aching body joints. I’m not that sleepy anymore in the afternoon and I have more stamina.

For last night’s session, I think I did 25 mins. on the tread mill followed by 3 sets of 30 reps of the step up thing. After that I did 3 sets of 30 reps in the ab crunch machine at 30 lbs… then did another 10 mins on the treadmill and finally ended with my arch-nemesis… the rowing machine. Lol.

Hopefully all that work combined with my low calorie intake of 1200 will make a difference. Hahaha! xD
