Lost 8 lbs. in a week

I went to Fitness First last night to meet with the Nutritionist. It’s a free session that came with the enrollment. I got the chance to weigh myself again and I was really happy when I saw that I’ve already lost 8 pounds in just a week of going to the gym! I was actually expecting to see no movement at all but it looks like my diet combined with the regular workout is doing good.

Because of this small taste of success, I’m excited to see this thing through. My personal goal is to shed around 80-90 lbs. in the next 12 months. My Nutritionist and Personal Trainer both believe that it is do-able as long as I keep to the program. With God’s grace, I’ll be able to do just that! Rawr!
